Utilization of Kaolin as a Filling Material for Rubber Solid Tire Compounds for Two-wheeled Electric Scooters

Kaolin is a mining material widely used as filler in the manufacture of various types finished goods made from natural rubber. this study was special for solid tires two-wheeled electric scooters commonly by children. The purpose to determine effect kaolin loading on curing properties rubber compound, mechanical vulcanizate, and thermal vulcanizate. varied 22 42 per hundred compounds were mixed two-roll mill. vulcanization process took place at 140 °C 17 minutes. test results showed that had strong maximum torque, scorch time, optimum Thermo gravimetric analysis stability vulcanizate influenced loading.
